Light Swords
Most people are familiar with the incandescent light bulb because it is probably the most famous. It was the first bulb that was created for light and it is actually the cheapest. When I say I’m talking about a better type of light bulb, you probably assume I’m referring to something newer like LED, but I’m not. I want to talk to you about an older type of bulb built on an older type of technology. It isn’t that common in retail stores anymore, but there is literally a cult following of people that really enjoy the type of light that it produces.
The type of bulb I’m talking about is halogen. And the big difference here is that it has a chemical reaction occurring inside the bulb itself. Despite the different physics that create the light, is the type of light that is produced, which most people enjoy. I guess the best way to describe it is that the light permeates the entire room. It just seems to lighten everything up and creates a warm feeling. It’s a much more enjoyable type of light and people like it. So obviously there is still a cult following of people that still use it.
The bulb actually has a pretty good life when you compare it to an incandescent bulb. I believe it will last 2.5 times longer than a regular bulb. So you’re going to save money not having to go out and buy bulbs so often. And you’re going to get a much better light source when you get a bulb like this.
