Cross Swords Meaning
Page, knight, queen and king of swords in one reading: what’s it mean?

I very rarely ever see swords in my readings, just lots of coins and cups. But tonight I just laid out a Celtic Cross spread with the page, knight, queen and king all in the one spread.

I had a very vivid dream about someone from my past last night and I was seeking answers about her when I laid out the spread.

Any ideas?
Thanks for the feedback everyone.

As for your question opinionatedlilbugger (!), I am definitely a novice, and while I have a basic understanding of each card and placements in the spread, I didn’t know whether having all the court cards of one suit meant anything or not.

Thanks for your help.

I took this from a website:
“As the third suit, Swords represent the action stage of manifestation. Swords are about movement and struggle. Many Swords in a reading indicate action of course, but can also indicate struggle since they represent the effort before the end result.”
I personally view swords as an air element- intellectual proccesses. I also see swords as difficulties in your life. So perhaps some struggle is ahead. Since you have all four court cards, I’d say that there will be a lot of people involved with whatever is going on. And perhaps a lot of movement- and possible confusion- will occur during this process. I’d say to try another spread to see if it can clarify a little more for you. That, or post the other cards and see if that will help people to help you come to a solution.

Oh yes, and I’d post this on the mythology board. You’re more likely to get more responses there.

Hope it helps! Email me if you need more info.
